If you've buy from Freebuy before, you must have heard EMS. EMS is the most common shipping methods used by us.

Besides EMS, we also have DHL, If you choose DHL as the shipping method, the Shipping cost will be higher than that

of EMS, but normally it's a little faster than EMS. Other than these two shipping methods, we have HK post and China

Post, we use them to ship the package only when the package is under 1 Kilos. In other words, If you order is under

$60, it's most likely that your order would be shipped by any of these shipping methods. The HK post and China post

normally takes much longer time compared to EMS and DHL, normally they take about 12-16 days or even longer.

You'll receive a tracking number from us via email once your order is shipped, in the email we also provide the link to

track the package, but you cannot track it immediately after you get the tracking number, because it normally takes 2 days

for the tracking information of your package to show online, after you wait for 2 days, normally you might see the tracking

information of your package appears to be " orignal shipping is preparing", and then this information probably will lasts for

2-4 days until it reach your country, so don't worry if you did not see the information changing from this point, all you need

to do is to wait for a few more days for further updates.

There're one thing we really like you to pay attention to when placing the order which is to carefully write down your address

in the order and make sure it's correct address, if the address is incorrect or invalid, then the package would be returned

to us after it reaches your town/city.

The shipping cost is normally depending on the weight of the items in your order, so it cost much less shipping if most of

the items in your order are clothing instead of shoes.
