Q: How do I change may payment method after I have already submitted the order?

A: After you have submitted your order,  you'll get a confirm email of your order, so please check your email ( the one that you regsitered on our webiste)

  in the email please click the link in the red box as shown blow


and then click the small triangles as show below, see the arrow

after you choose the payment method you'd like to change to, please click the button " change the payment method to"

in the red box, see pictures below



Now your payment method has been changed, If you want to make payment now, Please click the button " payment by credit card" to finish your payment.

Q: Why my payment did not go through?

A:  There're several  reasons why your payment did not go through:


1. The balance or the credit limit is not enough for the purchase.

2. Failure of your ID authentication

3. Your credit cards has a abroad consumption limits. ( in this case, you can call your credit card company to cancel it)

4  The credit card you're using is an American Mastercard. ( because we don't accept Mastercards from the US)




Q: Is my information secure on this site?

A: We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. When you place orders or access your personal information, we offer the use of a secure server. All sensitive/credit information you supply is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our databases to be only accessed as stated above.


Q: Is there a minimum order?

A: No, we can ship the order in all sizes. If you order a single light items, for example, 1 hat, 1 sunglass, 1 shirt etc, it will take 10-15 days to receive the package, because for small and light package, we usually ship the slow way.

So If you want to receive your order as soon as possible, make sure the total weight of your items is more than 1.5 kilograms.


Q: How long does it takes to receive the items?

A: In most cases, you can receive the items in 5-7 days after we receive  your payment. But if it happend to be the holiday, then it may takes a little longer than that.


Q: Will I receive my order if I paid?

A: We are a business department registered company that  have built stable business relations with the customers all over Canada, US and Britain.

As long as we receive your payment, we can guarantee that you can 100% receive your order.

Our long-term business strategy made us not  to do any harms to our good credibility.


Q: Do you have refund or exchange policy?

A: We don't offer refund of any kind, but we can do exchange if the requirement is reasonable and you need to return the items to us in no more than 4 days upon receiving it, and the items should be no worn, and be kept as new.


Q: Do you  dropshipping?

A: Yes, we accept dropshipping, but we need certain information, so you need to e-mail us for more details about it.


Q: Do you accept COD?

A: We don't accept COD, the policy of our company is " shipment after payment"


Q: When I track the package online I see that it remains still in a certain place, Is this normal?

A: Don't worry, it was just because the information on the delivery agent's site hadn't been renewed.


Q: How to put the sizes in my order?

A: Our site is being upgrading these days, so you can put the sizes in the field of "order postscript"  which belong to the "other information " column.


Q: How do I review my order?

A:  First make sure you have signed in, and then click " member center"  or " user center" at the top-right corner of the page, and then click " my order"  in the left-hand colummn,  this way, all the orders that you've been made will be listed, and you just need to click on the " order number" of the order that you want to review and the pictures of the items in that order will be showing up immediately.

Q: I lost my password, cannot log in my account, How can I find it?

A: Please contact us by email at [email protected]  or click the blue icon at the bottom of the page to open a online conversation with us and we'll be there to help you to resent the password for you.


Q: Do you accept paypal?

A: We're sorry to say we don't accept paypal, please take a reference on the " payment" at the top of website for more information.


Q: Do you ship to APO/AFO addresses?

A: yes, we do ship to APO/AFO addresses, please make sure to choose US as the country when you put the shipping address as you placing the order.


Q: what are the points for?

A: The points are for small free gift, if your points reach more than 200, then you'll receive a small gift from us sending along with your new order.

Hello, 36 inch is equal to 92cm,you can choose the size of belt fits your waist.I suggest 105cm.
